Terms of Service

1. General
By subscribing to Syntrel.co services, you must accept these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your service complies with all applicable laws, requirements, and regulations related to the product. The service must also fully comply with Finnish law. If you do not accept our Terms of Service, you cannot order or use our services.
Domain Names
When ordering a domain name, the customer must ensure that the domain name does not infringe upon another party's name or trademark. The domain name subscriber must also ensure that they have full rights to use the "name" of the domain they purchase. You can check trademarks or protected names, for example, from relevant trademark databases.
2. Product Cancellation
If you decide to cancel a product subscription, the product remains valid until the next due date, and no refunds will be provided for that product regardless of the reason. Syntrel.co also has the full right to cancel or terminate the subscription if we deem it necessary.
3. Product Issues
If the product does not function as expected, you should contact Syntrel.co customer service. Syntrel.co is only responsible for keeping the server running, and Syntrel.co is not responsible for maintaining the customer's own systems.
4. Backup
Syntrel.co offers backup services for some of its products, which aim to promote backup taking. However, this does not mean that we are responsible for backups, so the responsibility for maintaining and taking backups lies with our customer. The customer is responsible for their own data that did not come with the product at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for their own data.
5. Technical Faults
Syntrel.co is not responsible for problems caused by technical faults, such as possible business interruption or data loss. Syntrel.co provides technical support and commits to fixing technical faults within 30 days at the latest if they concern Syntrel.co's payment system or control panels.
6. Changes to Terms of Service
Syntrel.co has the full right to change the Terms of Service and make changes to the Privacy Policy without separate notice, and the changes made will also take effect for customers who have already accepted the agreement earlier.
If the customer does not accept the changes made, they must stop using the product immediately.
